Took money from bank account, only one part order received have not seen the rest. Have tried to phone, they are not answering phone, tried three emails now, no reply, have allowed extra time due to Coronavirus pandemic as they advised. Asked by automatic response to allow 10-14 days for email reply, nothing. No response, no plants nothing. Will now be issuing a county court claim in the small claims court. Disgusting customer service.

I would advise people to shop eleswhere as the service is very poor.

I gave up buying from Thompson and Morgan years ago because of poor quality plans and even worse customer service.

Without doubt the worst and most dishonest service I have ever experienced in Internet purchasing. No effort whatsoever to make the due refund.

I ordered plants that were supposed to be dispatched in 2 days but didn't get them for nearer 3 weeks and had to pay the post office postage despite having already paid for delivery. The fertiliser that should have been included was never delivered. This is without doubt the worst service i have ever had from any company. Basically i have been robbed. I have emailed Van Meuwen but not had any reply.

I only received half the number of plants in one order and no response from customer service.

I ordered 100 plug plants from catalogue in January and told dispatch would be early march. revised to mid march. I didn't receive plants and after several phone calls and unanswered emails I have finally heard that dispatch will now be mid may. customer service appalling. I thought they were a big enough company to be able to fulfill orders and have staff capable of answering queries - obviously not - I'll never use them again

Placed my order on 15.03. And just like many other reviewers on this site, I still have not received anything. Have chased 3 times and every time they say it’s at the stage of dispatching and I’m not allowed to cancel my order. They advised that the only way how I can get my money back is by actually waiting for this delivery (which might never arrive) and refusing it and sending back. I’m not an exper but seems like a breach of my consumer rights, I am now raising this with my bank to see if I can dispute this transaction via bank as this seems like a very dodgy company, would not recommend anyone to place orders with them. Shame I didn’t read these reviews before I placed the order, the worst service ever!

Ordered 3 weeks ago. I emailed after a week to enquire about my delivery. No response. I rang to chase the order 7 days ago to find out they had no idea where my order was but 'to cover our backs' it would be a further 7 - 10 days until I received it. Will it? Who knows. Awful service. I will not be using Van Meuwen again.
