“I ordered a vape in time for next day delivery. 3 days later the courier has only just received my order. The customer service is awful. Ignoring my messages, saying that my order has been sent to the courier and courier saying that they are waiting to receive it. So will see if I do actually receive anything. Shame as I thought I found a good shop with loyalty points but the way this has all gone and been treated I won't be going back I'll find another website”
