Received faulty product, had to pay out of my own money to send it back, had to chase vapeclub for info regarding my refund and have still yet to receive an outcome.

I ordered what I thought was Mint, aniseed and liquorice flavour vape juice, however when I tried it it was not the right one, on the box it says Cherry and Blackcurrent. I never buy fruit flavours as I know I don't like them. When I wrote to customer services a rather condesending person told me that that is what you get if you order on line as you cant try them first and just because I didn't like the flavour it didnt mean there was anything wrong with the product, they offered me 25% money back. I did not want money back, I would have been happy with a replacement and would of happily sent the others back. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company and have never complained before but felt the description on their website was wrong. I have photos of their website description and photos of what it says on the box.......Never the twain shall meet.....TOTALLY Different! I would say as long as you are spending your money with them all will be fine but don't dare to complain or question what their description says because you will get short, sharp thrift!! AVOID.....Go to a reputable shop

This is the second order and probably the last one. I'm still trying to understand if it was a joke or what the intention was, but today I've discovered that 3 of the e-liquids are different. Unfortunately, I discovered this after vaping and instantly felt sick. This evening I've opened all the e-liquid received and realise that 3 of the e-liquid are different( cheap white cap and horrible taste) I can't express enough my disappointment and I will try to create awareness about this and hope nobody will repeat my experience

Fast deliver, value for money but they sent me a different item to which was advertised. I already have the item I purchased from Vape but the liquid container in the one that was pictured on their website holds 2.5ml of liquid (which is what I wanted) my current one and the one they sent me holds only 2ml. So although I did not complain or send it back I was disappointed that they did not send me the same item as pictured on their website but instead sent me the same as I already have and which is not the same as the picture on their site.
