“I have used this company since they first arrived in the Scotland, before covid I have never had a problem the staff are so informative the oils are a good price and you know they are safe, so why only two stars? Since covid I buy 10 bottles a week of the vaporised original Tabasco I’m lucky if I get two bottles that are fine the rest I’m either having to cut the top off as it’s still closed and after I cut it it’s a nightmare to get into the vape without losing loads of oil. Also have the bottles are so hard I have to use my teeth to squeeze them. Now my nana who I have had a on a vape for 10 years has went back to smoking as it’s easier than challenging with the bottles at 87.”

Spent £93.10 on a Alien Vape plus extras in store on 23 December 2018 . Returned back to shop on 27 December 2018 item faulty not fit for purpose & not satisfactory quality under the sales of goods act 2015 , Followed their own instructions to obtain replacement / refund , they refused to help at the shop 38 Shandwick Place Edinburgh. It appears that the male staff was confused regarding another customer . The matter is now in the hands of Consumer Direct & Trading Standard for full report . This is now the second one that was faulty from the shop prior to leaving the shop itself .”
