“I ordered almost £30 of vaping accessories on 30th January. I sent a message via their website on 7/2 asking for a delivery update. No response. I sent another message on 14/2 requesting cancellation and refund as I'd had to buy elsewhere. Again no response. No goods and no communication. I'm trying to get a refund via Barclays chargeback as unfortunately I used a debit card to pay. Do not waste your time and money buying from them!”
