“This company has not paid me or other employees. I have not been paid for over 5 months and still have not received a clear date when payment will be finalised. Despite being with the company from the beginning, the CEO has been intentionally ambiguous regarding payment, saying it is “out of their control.”
On multiple occasions, I have had my messages ignored. I have never received a formal email/letter regarding the delay. I have had to repeatedly message to get a response. I have also asked on different occasions for a formal letter that concludes the end of my employment, I never received this.
I’ve also had several phone calls since leaving the company from individuals and companies trying to contact VWT for money that is owed. Comments I received was that the CEO has “disappeared”, has been totally “unprofessional” and has ignored all emails or phone calls.
I think it is very important that all potential clients, employees and investors are aware of my experience, which seems, sadly, not to be an isolated case. I think it’s important to raise awareness of how this company operates and what the CEO deems acceptable conduct. Any person reading this will be able to draw their own conclusions regarding this company’s accountability, ethics and integrity. Please be aware”
