“Stay very far away from Varle. They absolutely refuse to take responsibility for selling low quality products at high prices. Bought a microphone for 80€ that broke and they refuse to repair or substitute it. Ordered one from China for 5€ that turned out to be way better ;-)

“Baisiau nei baisu yra varle.lt servisas... du kartus turėjau ten kreiptis ir patirtis tik blogiausia, kokia begali būti. Pirmą kartą po 4 mėn. sugedo išmanusis laikrodis, mėnesį pralaikė, ir grąžino supakuotą, kai paklausiau, tai kas buvo, sako nežinom. Tai ok, išpakavau vietoje, ir, kaip netikėta, laikrodis neveikė! Tiesiog naglai norėjo įkišti atgal neveikiantį daiktą!!!!
O antra istorija tai dar nesibaigė, nuvežiau į servisą veikiantį siurblį, kurio tik pagrindinė šluota nesisuko, patikino, kad 2 sav. - 1.5 mėn. užtruks. Ir ką, praėjo jau pusantro mėn. Jokių žinių, parašius laišką, sorry, nu biški užtruko, žinot, turim problemų su logistika. Pirmą kartą teisinosi, kad jaunimas nenori servise dirbti, o kiti serga. Aukščiausio lygio komunikacija!
Dėl siurblio kitą laišką išsiunčiau per vartotojų teisių apsaugos svetainę. Nes, nu tokio pasityčiojimo iš kliento dar reikia paieškoti.”
“If you come up with the idea of returning a quality product in the same condition as you received it - don't do it, it won't work. The team will do everything they can to come up with reasons not to accept the return. The Kaunas collective communicates in a disgusting, sarcastic, dissatisfied tone, as if you had personally done something to them (even though you see it for the first time in your life). I will never buy anything from here again and recommend others to do the same.
P.S. I have returned a quality product to piguLT or Topo Center more than once and have had no problems.

“When it comes to customer service and quality delivery this shop is great, I have asked questions which I got solid and polite answers to, I bought games there in the past and they all arrived within estimated times, I received no damaged goods, etc. However, using their site is a bit of a pain: often times products are named without any clear guidelines. For instance, scrolling through electronics is tiring, because the product listings have different amounts of information: sometimes all of a computer‘s specifications are crammed in the name, sometimes it‘s just the actual name of the product and some unclear numbers. It‘s inconsistent and feels like a mess at times.
Also, recently I‘ve been searching for a small budget laptop and I was really surprised by the lack of options. I‘m not really talking about a lack in model variety – I was specifically annoyed by the fact that every laptop I checked out had a german keyboard layout. I just didn‘t want to use a QWERTZ style layout and had to go search elsewhere. That‘s why I need to criticize the size of the product catalogue a bit.
If you don‘t mind that the product search might be a bit confusing and you can find exactly what you‘re looking for, I would say that there is no reason not to use their services: the prices are definitely not bad and the delivery services seem reliable.”
