“I placed an order with Vase Market for glass trumpet vases
12 of two different sizes for a total of 24. The person in the warehouse doesn't know how to count and shorted my order for the smaller trumpet vases.
I called immediately to let the company know and needed to have them rushed as our event is this weekend. They refused to expedite the shipment for their mistake and I'm out 4 vases. I will NEVER order from this company again.”
“I placed an on-line order for a 12"x12"x12" planter and six 12"x8" circular glass vases with 1/4" thick walls. I was shipped a 12"x12"x12" planter that was slightly different than the one pictured on their website, and 3 vases with 1/4" walls and 3 vases with 1/8" walls. The company tried to say that the vases were hand blown and some variation in the thickness of the glass was normal, but I don't think that is what was going on. The 1/4" vases all weighed 7.2 pounds, and two of the 1/8" vases weighed 4.7 pounds and the third 1/8" vase weighed 4.8.pounds. It was clear to me that I was shipped two different products. When I reached out to the company to return part of my order, they declined to provide me with a prepaid return shipping label and refused to refund part of the orignal shipping charge. So it's buyer beware with this company. You risk getting the wrong item(s) shipped to you if you buy from the company on-line, then having the company argue with you when you want to return items that was the seller's fault.”
