“Product is good. But delivery is so slow. Website makes you think that it is UK/Europe based but it's obviously China. Waiting 2.5 weeks for replacement ecig heads when you've run out is a bit high. But as said product is genuine.”

“Vawoo really offer the best prices on the UK market I wasn't able to find such deals on any UK website. Black Friday deals were the best, saved me a lot of money. Will be back for more.”

“As others have said I was sceptical about purchasing as had not heard of them before. The prices are super keen, baught a vape 25% cheaper though do be aware some items do come from Hong kong as did mine. Said 10 to 14 days delivery but came in 7 so very pleased with that. Item very good so eall pleased all round. Will definitely be using again.”

“I was a little sceptical at first as I had never heard of vawoo. Id seen a vape and it was virtually half the price of everywhere else, so I thought what the hell, I'll give it a go.. everything went smoothly and I received my new vape, I was so impressed I ordered another one in a different colour. 😊”

“The prices at Vawoo are really keen, dispatch and delivery was really quick. Through no fault of the seller my item was faulty but Nick worked quickly and without a fuss to secure me a refund or replacement. The new device should be here soon. Some vape companies have lost customer service skills but my experience is Vawoo have it nailed. Thank you so much guys for making me feel valued, I will spread the word and will buy from you again.”

“A great vape shop to buy from! I got there my Smok Priv for good money and much other stuff that is more expensive in other stores. It's relatively new platform and guys are doing their best to please customers and make them really satisfied with the purchases. They react super quickly on any issues you may have with the item, delivery, etc. I recommend the store for everyone who wants to get best prices and service!”
