“I placed an order almost a month ago, and the item is still in country of origin. It took vendor 2 weeks to ship and NL post has had it for 2 weeks but it’s not moving. I contact Vawoo customer service and all I get is bad information and fake apologies”

“terrible experience, feels like a scam. No updates for a month and when I inquire they say I gave them the wrong address.”

“You get 1 star for spamming me all the way to this review. You are not my parent - if someone made a purchase, it's not obligatory to make a review. Sure send a friendly reminder, but if no response jog on that's life what is wrong with you man. Even for a spam email address it is ott.”

“Totally messed up my order, let me pay for an item that was out of stock and informed me after the money was taken. Luckily the supplier was very good and sorted the order out for me. Would never order from Vawoo again!”
