“Customer support were extremely helpful when DHL failed to deliver in the way they said they would. Once the parcels were received, assembly has been quite straightforward. The instructions are clear and the parts all fit together as they should. There are even a few spare nuts, so no great problem if you accidentally drop one. I have great hopes that it will function very well once I have filled it with pitting compost and assembled the cover.”

Day 2 promised 13.13/14.13 didn’t arrive
Later received a message tried to deliver at 4pm - this was not true since either my wife or myself were in the front garden all afternoon
Day 3 delivered at given time but only because I arrived home as they were driving off. One man stood on the pavement as the van was turned round. My wife was at home and no effort made to ring the door bell.”
“So far, so good! Delivery was superfast and my son managed to assemble the large Vegepod easily. The most system wireless very well and I've planted some lettuce and some seeds. I'm very positive so far!”

“I got a new mesh canopy as spare.
My current one has blown off several times this winter and I feel it is only time before the mesh canopy or even frame is damaged or destroyed.
Unfortunately there were no wind straps in the sale or I would have also got some of them.”

“I have both a small and a medium vegepod and love them both. Delivery is always efficient and the pods, covers and frames have lasted well.
Recently I ordered the wind straps to try but they’re poorly made. Trying to get the strap ends through without any fraying of the strap elastic outer or the inner elastic is difficult, then getting the ends in to the hooks is nigh on impossible rendering them useless. The grip the hooks have on the straps is not particularly strong. The concept is sound but the reality is poor. In to landfill they go and back to the drawing board for me.”
