“We took a weeks car rental and agreed the contract sent through by this company. This contract included a full to full policy and no extra local charges when collecting the vehicle.
When we collected the vehicle (from Firefly) we were forced to pay an extra £28 or decline the car rental. We were told by Firefly to take this up with Car Target Group/Vehicle Rent.com as the error was on their part.
After multiple emails to Car Target Group/Vehicle Rent.com, across many months (Sept - Feb), they are still not even understanding what our complaint is, let alone resolving it for us.
We will never use this company again, and would suggest to anyone on a tight budget that they avoid them.”
