I havent actually used any of the services as yet other than the registered office service and no post has been sent there to my knowledge. However the setup has been fine to date.

The office is beautiful and the reception staff very helpful. In general I'm very happy. Just two issues. First, and I've already spoken to you about this, I have had one complaint from a client about how the phone was answered. My clients are often very vulnerable and I would like the phone to be answered in a professional and sensitive way please. Second, on the last occasion I had a meeting at the office, the client had already been shown up to the meeting room before I arrived and he had been given my post for some reason. Please can you make sure that clients are kept in the waiting area in reception until I am ready to take them up to the room myself. And please do not give my post to anyone else. It should only come to me. Thanks very much.

To be honest I was a little disappointed. We set the office up to have a London office. I then to find that the phone is answered by the same switchboard as our Basingstoke office. I also recently visited Cheapside office while I was in London to introduce myself and familirise myself with the office as we will be booking meetings there. The team didn't appear that interested in me as new client.

Service generally stable but: Correctly addressed post has been returned to sender a few times. Most recently an invoice from one of our suppliers was returned on approx 10th or 11th September resulting in late payment. Are there any measures you can put in place to prevent this happening in future?

Good Points: Lovely reception staff and professional centre manager Bad Points: Sales lady didn't really "sell" what was on offer. I realised after signing up for the basic license that I needed to upgrade in order to have my business address available on companies house. Accounts department does not know what they are doing. Never got my invoices and my statement of account was wrong. Had to move over to a competitor which are providing a much better service.

Lack of clarity on billing for services. Outstanding queries on VAT charged. Have not received a response even when Inland Revenue correspondence forwarded.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. On terminating the account I was given incorrect infromation. I have spent over six months trying to cancel and still nothing. Instead they continue to try to charge for a service I do not use. I simply see their actions as Fraud. Zero customer service. Merely interested in making money whatever way they can.

We would like to apologise for your negative experience trying to cancel your agreement. Our records show you only wanted our registered address service to be removed. To remove this service you would have had to remove our address from your Companies House account online. Thank you. This is what I just posted in Google Review: "The enveloppes that they forward our letters does not, most of the time, glue properly (like if they have bought cheap batches of enveloppes). Most of them have worn out glue and are delievered open. In one case one enveloppe reached me totally empty because the letters it included had fallen off on its way because of the worn out glue. Twice I had HMRC correspondences of another company forwarded to me by mistake. When I emailed VV - there was a muted silence; not even an apology. I had to look out for the poor addressee and arrange to forward it. My contract copy has never been posted back to me despite my email to Skevi. Emails are also not answered. The service is bad and the staff are really careless."

Never receive invoices and then are chased to pay them or account will be put on hold even though payment terms were discussed

Mail that’s supposed to be forwarded rarely arrives. It’s the only service I actually need and doesn’t function.
