I have been using this company for more than 7 years and I love them! I cannot understand the negative reviews. Product are great and prices very good. Yes, you have to wait for delivery and returns can be slow but worth it in the end.
I usually ring if I have a problem and it's sorted immediately.

I have used VP several times now on a couple of occasions the delivery was pretty slow well over the 7 day estimate but then on other occasions the delivery has been really fast. The prices are always very good and the product descriptions are always spot on. I would recommend I just wish they had a more consistent delivery timescale.
