“DO NOT BOOK WITH VERACLINIC OR VERASMILE. Consider this your final warning. This was my second time at VeraClinic (and first for VeraSmile), and I can unequivocally state that once they have your money, they will completely abandon you. Istanbul is full of world-class clinics; this is absolutely not one of them. Here is exactly how they treat paying international patients: • Strike One (First Visit - Complete Abandonment): They promised an airport transfer for my 7:00 AM flight. No one showed. They blatantly ignored my WhatsApp messages while I sat in the lobby for an hour. I was forced to pay €80 out of pocket for a taxi just to make my flight. I foolishly gave them the benefit of the doubt and wrote it off as a scheduling error. • Strike Two (Bait-and-Switch Scheduling): They cost me €800 before I even arrived for my second trip. I explicitly confirmed my procedure dates with them prior to booking my flights. Immediately after I locked in my tickets based entirely on their confirmation, they arbitrarily changed my procedure dates. I was forced to eat an additional €800 in airline change fees because of their absolute incompetence and inability to manage a simple calendar. Their response was they would cover the extra 2 days hotel. Which is 1/4 of the additional cost I had to pay. • Strike Three (Second Visit - Abandoned Again): I came back for a transplant and a full smile, and they pulled the exact same logistics stunt. Afternoon flight. No driver. I sat in the lobby and messaged them on WhatsApp six separate times over the course of an hour. They left every single message on "read" and refused to reply. The hotel staff even called them on my behalf and got nothing. After a full hour of leaving me stranded, they finally responded with a pathetic, "Didn't the driver pick you up?" Once is a mistake; this is a blatant business model. This is a systemic issue of sheer negligence. I am currently at severe risk of missing my flight—which isn't surprising, considering another patient told me on my first day here that he missed his flight because of VeraClinic's incompetence. Just yesterday, I watched a woman screaming in their lobby demanding a refund; she had just undergone a facelift and major dental work, only to be left stranded in a chair for hours. The Accommodations: Completely unacceptable. I had to switch hotels immediately. The first room they put me in hadn't even been cleaned, and the second room had no temperature control—it was dangerously hot, making it impossible to sleep after a painful transplant. Do not trust their ratings—it is blindingly obvious their positive reviews are bought and paid for with discounts. VeraClinic operates with zero regard for patient logistics or care. If you choose to hand them your money after reading this, whatever happens to you is entirely your own fault. Take your business anywhere else in Turkey. Photos are receipts of the experience”

“Vera Clinic (Mr Rachid) provided me with specific procedure dates — May 29 to June 1 — and based on this information I purchased my flight tickets and booked hotels. Everything was arranged strictly according to the schedule they gave me. Only after completing all payments did the clinic attempt to change the dates and shift the responsibility onto the client. This is unacceptable, especially for someone traveling from another country, for whom such a trip involves significant planning, time, and financial commitment. This kind of behavior is far from the professionalism one would expect from a reputable medical clinic.”
