“The birthday surprise of for my Wildland firefighter son of syrup from his home state never arrived in Montana and I have not received any refund or follow up from this vendor, Vermont Maple Syrup.
Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.”
“Syrup was shipped out quickly, and seemed to be packed ok, however, the cap (even though the plastic "top" was not broken from the "bottom" (like a plastic soda bottle cap), the cap was loose and syrup was coming out. We decided not to drink it for fear of possible contamination.
Everyone else I order from has a seal on the inside of the cap (this one did not, it was much like a plastic soda bottle cap), or they tape it shut. Perhaps you should consider doing that to your bottles.”
