Hi Tracey, I've just had another look at where your order is and it looks like it's at the North West Royal Mail superhub. Due to the Royal Mail strikes there has been a lot of disruption in the delivery network and it is causing severe delays to orders like yours. I did send you a personal email the other day, please feel free to contact me if you haven't received it in time for Christmas. Adam

Hi Linda, Due to Royal Mail strikes there has been severe disruption within the delivery network so we have chosen to send your order with Evri as we cannot rely on Royal Mail. In normal circumstances, your order would have been dispatched on Monday and should take 48+ hours from the date of Royal Mail receiving. But with Evri taking up extra orders and the Christmas rush there is a slight delay to normal deliveries, I have contacted other companies and they are also experiencing similar issues.
