“What a company! To avoid that is. From the word go they have been hard work. Poor at communicating to either me or between themselves. Bought a nice Honda Civic because it’s the colour I really wanted with the spec I want. So didn’t really have a choice. But spoke to a pretty helpful guy at first, then it swapped about. Wanted to apply for finance but needed someone else to put the finance threw as I knew I wouldn’t be accepted. Lady on the phone refused because apparently it’s against the FCA law or something. But I explained I wanted the log book in this other person name... had to speak to the original guy who said it was okay. Finance was okay and went threw paid the £100 deposit. Asked if we could go down this weekend and the other person will sign the paper work over the internet (trying to keep up with the times). They said no this is against the law and the paper work has to be signed on the premises... well I know this is untrue I have bought many cars online, plus this company offers delivery service, how does this work? When explained the person is old and a 180 mile round trip is not going to happen but could deliver or any other way. They was rude and so unhelpful not wanting to put any effort into this sale and got told I was being “suspect” because I didn’t want this oap to travel... suspect! I work for the MOJ and they knew this, extremely rude and unhelpful. Terrible service.”
