Hassle eVery single time. Ordered a hot tub for daughters birthday. Paid for next day deliVery and they sent it to a wrong address. I ordered another one as I was desperate for it to arrive. Took over 2 weeks and had to cancel the party. Now the 'brand new' hot tub is damaged and clearly used. Worst company going.

The worst company ever. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Ordered from them, paid extra for the next day deliVery. Never got the item and it’s already been 3 days since order has been placed. DON’T ORDER FROM Very. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

So annoyed with Poor customer service from Very item ordered with next day deliVery, deliVery not received and what a hassle to get redress, ha ha they offered to refund my deliVery, and I should think so!!!! Last order with Very as there has been multiple issues with there deliVery courier.

If I could rate 0 stars I would … Ordered a bunk bed … NEVER EVER AGAIN would I use Very … awful from start to finish bed arrived they had sent me two boxes of the bed so received half the bed and two boxes of random wardrobe pieces with clear labelling stating it was a wardrobe…so I rang them customer services was awful they said they couldn’t just send the missing boxes out and collect the wardrobe I would have to send all 4 packages back to them be issued a refund in 14 days and have to re order all over again and then wait days for it to be re delivered ! 😡 They were no help on the phone and to be honest had a Very bad attitude from start to finish. Not only that I paid for the bed in full of my debit card and at first they declined my order before calling me to say actually they would fulfill the order. I rang them again and I re ordered the same bed again the lady I spoke to was completely different she was great and Very apologetic but was told they would upgrade to next day deliVery for free low and behold the day of deliVery I get a text to state it can’t be delivered as not all the pieces were at the depot … iv now cancelled all the orders …so iv now bought 2 beds and have nothing to show for it !! Im currently awaiting over £650 in refunds and this takes up to 14 days !!! Im lost for words at how this company operates and how it’s run avoid at all costs !

I bought an x box controller from Very Ireland as a Christmas present for my son and it was faulty. I returned it via courier on 2nd Janat this is the only method to do returns. Multiple emails and 3 phone calls to Very later and allegedly my refund will be processed within 72 hours minus a deliVery fee that'll then be refunded. You couldn't make it up! I've had so much hassle with Very over this item. I would never order from them again and would strongly encourage others not to either.

I ordered a washing machine marked as 'in stock' on the website with a deliVery on or before a specified date. Opted not to explore other options due to extended wait times elsewhere. After placing the order, I contacted the manufacturer a few days later to schedule deliVery, only to be informed that a deliVery date couldn't be made until well beyond the initially stated date. The reason being that the item is not in stock (despite what Very says), and the dispatch date remains unknown The washing machine is still listed as in stock on the Very website, which makes it difficult to buy something urgently - information is unreliable. When discussing the matter with Very, they claim it's an anomaly, and this usually doesn’t happen, but I'm skeptical. The situation is quite frustrating, especially since I need a washer urgently, and each day of delay incurs additional costs at the launderette. Thanks to Very, I have spent hours ringing them and the manufacturer, still have no washer, and still making expensive trips to the launderette. Very disappointing

Appalling!..my 1st purchase with Very & the last I ordered a watch &paid extra deliVery said in stock & said deliVery in 2 days..5 days before Christmas , got the confirmation email with January 2004 deliVery on it...it is a Christmas present FGS...took my £200 & said they would refund it in 10 working days..where am I getting the money from to get from else where...SHOCKING!

Avoid, unless you don't mind chasing them for undelivered orders and refunds. I would rather go to a shop and pay more than be fooled again by "cheaper prices" online. If you have high blood pressure, stay away! I dread the day when we will have no option BUT to shop online. The shopping experience might appear easy but a company is only as good as its weakest links. In this instance, it's the deliVery companies and customer services that they use. I presume Very use the cheapest to cut costs but what's the point if you wind up pissing off and losing 92% of your customers? Give the consumer a choice for a cheaper (risky) deliVery or a more reliable (paid) deliVery, i.e. in the case of Ireland, AnPost which is reliable and excellent.

Absolutely appalling customer service.I returned an item and 3 weeks later Very hadnt received it.On numerous occasions they messaged and e mailed me advising they hadn't received my return.Its IMPOSSIBLEE to contact anyone even though I tried via chat and Facebook messenger.I sent proof of return on numerous occasion via e mail and nothing happened so eventually I had to take time off work so I could ring them and it eventually got sorted. Why have they not just got an e mail that you can contact them on.I won't risk buying anything that may need returning again and this isn't the first time it's happened Their deliVery company I used is Yodel so they need looking into also

Absolutely appalling scam of a company. Take you money for 3 months, change deliVery date 3 times then cancel your order with no explanation beyond an email saying if you want it, buy it again from the website, where it is now £100 more expensive. Oh and they've had your money for 3 months, and will still take 2 weeks to give it back to you. Contact them, and they do nothing. Just tell you that you have to reorder at the new price. No attempt to remedy, no goodwill, no understanding of customer service. Will never do business with them again and I suggest you don't either.
