Ordered and paid for some Oakley Operatives INCLUDING next day delivery. Ordered well in time for this. First and last time using Very as they still haven't arrived and it's 19:29 and tracking only shows them as being in the Midlands. I'm based in Dorset. VERY dissapointing so won't be using them again!

Ordered a phone in Nov 2024, returned it "as is" sealed within 3 days and promised a refund but that has now been pending for 5 months. Customer Service Line is pretty much useless and just keep repeating the same statements from their scripts; no escalation points, a bunch of incompetent agents on the phones! I will NEVER buy for them again. I have now lost £643.19 for a phone that I returned within my consumer rights!

I ordered and paid almost £200 for 2 bedside cabinets in October 2024. They were "on track" to be delivered by dec 31st. They have still not arrived. My order statement said if there was to be any delay that they would contact me. They didn't and I had to do the chasing. I called customer services in January and they said if there was no movement on my account in 3 days time they would issue me a refund which could take up to 7 days to reach my bank account. I did not receive a refund so I assumed (wrongly) that my furniture was still going to be delivered. It is now March and I am still waiting. I will NEVER buy from Very again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely unhappy about the ‘new improved’ (NOT) account summary page. This is cumbersome and clunky. When clicking on the orders button, no longer can I see a clear list of orders and the prices for items I have paid. This is now an extensive complicated list which I have to scroll through unnecessary information to see what I have actually bought. Prices are no longer visible either which I find dishonest and misleading. So not only have the prices paid now disappeared from the delivery notes ( this happened a few years ago as though to keep this info from a customer immediately seeing it….. I presume to deter from returning the item on impulse after seeing the cost), but now they have gone from the orders section of the account summary page. To view prices paid I have to now visit transaction page or statement. How is that easier for the customer? Whoever is responsible for these changes obviously does NOT use a Very account themselves. The information is now much more difficult to find and ‘obscured’ which I find dishonest!!! When big changes like this are made the customer should be involved…not just someone sitting in an office looking for something to ‘improve’ to justify their role!!!! Please can you revert to the original accounts summary page once again. It is causing anxiety in this household and I imagine many others.

I AM SHOCKED TO READ ALL THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE I AM GOING THROUGH A SIMILAR PROBLEM . I RECIEVED A DAMAGE ITEM , THEY FAILED TO PICK UP THE BOX , I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE TO THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER ALL OF THEM ARE BASED IN AFRICA WHERE THEY THEM SELF'S DON'T GIVE A F *** ABOUT THE COMPANY ..GIVEN WRONG INFO , PASSING YOU FROM ONE OPERATOR TO ANOTHER .THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN ASAP .VERY ARE UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTING . NO COMPANY OUT THERE WILL SURVIVE IF THEY CARRY ON THIS WAY .I USED PAYPAL SO MY CASE HAS BEEN RAISED . WHAT A LOAD OF GARBAGE . I NEED TO CONTACT THE ADVERTISERS WHO PUT THEIR COMPANY ON TV PORTRAYING THEM TO BE LEGIT .. . ..VERY YOU ARE A FAILURE ......... ....

I ordered a new product and received a used product. It's about a Dyson V11 that had hair and dust in the main compartment, scratched and clearly used! Very disappointed with the experience! Now we have to wait between 7-10 days for the return. I don't think I will ever order from this site again.

Bought a hotpoint ActiveCare NDD9725BDAUK E|B 9+7KG 1600rpm Washer Dryer, worst machine ever, 9 hours for a wash and dry cycle, every cycle ridiculously long. I purchased mine in May and its been repaired 3 times, the motor, the mother board and a leak the third time. This apparently isn't enough to warrant a refund so I asked a very arrogant advisor at Very to put me through to complaints, he said he will deal with complaints. I asked for an email from him to confirm that the machine won't be refunded, he did this whilst I waited on the phone .The email didn't have my name on it, so no Miss xx on it, the brand and make of the washer /dryer I was complaining wasn't on the email either, so what information did it hold ?, I pointed this out and he asked me quite arrogantly "tell me what you want on it", well it has to hold the details if the complaint !!. He admitted he could contact a manager to call me back in a few days, I won't hold my breath. Such poor indifferent customer service. Its noticeable that Very don't respond to these reviews as some companies do, again indifference. Its the last thing I'll buy from Very .

Dreadful, after having 2 delivery slots (1 week apart) having it not turn up BOTH times, 1st time they didn't know why we didn't get it, 2nd time they couldn't get it on the van. So 16days after actually buying the item, we cancelled the order & went to AO, brought more or less the same item & it was delivered the next day. Save your money & time go elsewhere, don't bother with very.

I ordered one item, a few month ago, still not received, no information/updates. Despite not receiving this item, and not owing anything, I still keep getting demands for payment. There is no option of contacting by email either. I will be closing my account with them.

Ordered 2 items from Very on Dec 20th. Still waiting for delivery as delivery company sent items to an address nearly 30km away. Have asked for a full refund and have still waiting on an update from Very. I would not recommend ordering from this company as they are very difficult to get a response/update from.

Denied credit due to email address reason given time at address I’ve been here over 8 years. They agreed then declined even though iv proof. Homophobia rife over at very reporting so it’s looked into further

I wish I had of read some reviews of very.co.uk before agreeing to open one of their accounts, worst decision I have ever made and very do not open a account with them they asking for money when I buy things for them games Available balance they took £75 off it on my very account and I paid £44.75 and £9.00 and £2.00 for the games I buy on very i’m not really happy on very they are whipping people off it is not on do not sign up for a account with them

Ordered a dining table, came very very late and all damaged. Big delay and nobody was able to see where is the item lost ,finnaly I received it without notification that will be delivered that day. Very bad customer service . Its been one month I was told fastway courier will come to collect the broken item and nobody came. They cannot be contacted and customer service from Very not able to answer or solve the problem. They also cannot contact Fastway for collection. This is a big SCAM What's going ooon !!??

This company are worst than a loan shark still paying off a debt after 1 year The intrest they charge is a rip off and they are owned by barclays Bank who I used to bank with but not any more please stay away from these loan sharks

This is exactly how and where I got to know about FREDRICK, I came across a review here few months back that Fredrick help team at mail dt com helps a lot when you get scammed and I contacted him, my funds got recovered by him, he’s indeed an expert.

Still not received my money after 2 weeks they received the item back unopened , they have me a credit which I said no ,I paid cash using debit card ! They said ok it’s another 2 weeks for it to be paid into my bank so that over 3 weeks , it’s appalling also why is Africa the new customer service line 3 times I was hung up also real bad attitude and the couldn’t care less issue just can’t believe this is very another customer they have lost

Ordered Marc Jacobs decadence as it was in low stock and high demand as a Xmas gift for my girlfriend and only available through very. Cost £109. When it arrived it was a cheap woman’s coat labelled and barcoded as the perfume. By now stock had ran out so knew I could not get another one. When I rang a male answered after nearly 20 mins with awful music blaring and we clearly had a severe language barrier problem and after going through security checks and explaining he said I was through to the wrong department. Almost straight away he patched me through where I had to give all the security checks again and explain and what do you know I was through to the wrong department and apparently I was speaking to the people that handle fraud. She put me on hold and 16 mins later a female answered again struggling to understand each other I had to do all the security checks and explain again!!!!!! By now I was fuming and was told to return it and it will take up to 2 weeks to get my money back. 6 days have past iv had no return confirmation so have no gift and am £109 down. Company is a joke will never use again had unskilled staff in all departments it seems. Will be in touch with my credit card company tomorrow to get my money back. Joke. 0/10 merry Xmas very.
