The worst customer service I have ever had to use. Tried to cancel and order that had not been dispatched and spent 70 minutes on the phone being passed around the World. They still cant say if the item will be cancelled or not when it is still in their warehouse. If you want a company to rely on don't use Very. AVOID AVOID

The team was clear, quick to respond, and really helpful the whole time. They guided me through each step, which made a tough situation much easier. I really appreciated their honesty and how open they were with communication. I'd suggest them to anyone who wants reliable help.

I had been dealing with a frustrating problem for days, unsure of what to do next. When I finally contacted Robinson and team, they stepped in with fast, clear, and steady support. They explained everything in a way that made I sense and never made me feel overwhelmed. Their patience and professionalism truly made a difficult process much easier.

Purchased a tumble dryer on Black Friday. Arrow XL arrived a week later with paperwork but no appliance. Next delivery booking was cancelled. After 30 days waiting cancelled. And let me start on the customer 'service' each call is 40-70 mins on the phone to a S African based call centre who don't understand the UK consumer rights. Dealing with Very was a one and done...I won't ever use them again.

Third time trying to return a big item! First try was the 5th December! I had to ring very customer service to get a return, twice! 23rd December (today) waited in all day but still no van as yet! Where is the tracking service, Yodel? Flipping useless! Will no longer buy big items from very just incase I was need to send it back!!

Absolute crooks tried to charge me for a missed payment when it was caused by their webpage they refused to freeze charges etc while investigating. No resolution no email addresses working now they claim I owe £119 in late payment charges yet I been paying my monthly payments. Taking them to small claims court in January it will cost them 100,s plus court fees

Last time I ever shop with Very. I ordered a chandelier which arrived smashed. What an absolute nightmare to send it back because it’s a large item. I’ve tried six times to have the item collected through the returns system online but no-one has turned up for it (or has ever been sent out to attempt to pick it up according to the tracking) An absolute waste of my time sitting around each time. A complaint was made and another two times this has happened when the advisor has arranged delivery themselves - onto the third attempt tomorrow. Because I didn’t answer the phone on one occasion the complaint was “resolved” so have had to go through the process again. 20 years a customer, I’ve spent thousands of pounds with them and sent hardy anything back and they can’t even give me a refund on a broken item that I’ve tried a RIDICULOUS amount of times to send back. Disgusting customer service.

They have the most useless customer care team. Obviously not based in the UK and they lie constantly. Like we will call you back, I’ve had that one 3 times! or leave it with me I will sort this out for you, Lie. or no you won’t be charged. Lie. All of this is a lie. They have cheated me out of money. I never received the order because of where the ignoramous delivery driver from Evri left it in an open to the public place, AGAIN right by a public bike and walkway. I never received the item but The item is still on my account. I will be cancelling my DD Useless service and down right frustrating

Never again customer service his absolutely disgusting speaking to someone in South Africa with no training skills just keep apologising don’t even resolve your problem then send you email saying complaint resolved and closed complaint might aswell speak to a dead pigeon

Good luck if you need to return items! This has happened twice now. I will NEVER buy from them again. I'm so utterly weary of this company. I returned several items because of inconsistent sizing. I only kept one item. They didnt recredit an item I had returned in the same parcel with my other returns they recredited the item I kept instead. This created all sorts of confusion I can't be bothered to go into yet again. I called them several times and didn't get through. The one time I did I was waiting 15 minutes then heard someone breathing and got cut off. I wrote an actual paper letter to head office twice. There is no email address. They emailed me a response eventually which showed they completely misunderstood my letter. I was unable to reply to the email. I contacted them via every social media profile they have. This exposed me to scammers pretending to be them responding. I also tried their "contact us form" and online chat. No resolution. Eventually a genuine Very staff member responded and told me the changes would show on my next statement. I have waited until today to view my statement. It is still exactly the same. I have kept an item which should have cost me £3.99 delivery plus £22 for the item, MINUS a 20% discount I was offered. But I'm having to pay £40 because of their repeared failure to understand the issue and by making it insanely difficult to contact them. If they reply here and say "we are very sorry, please contact us" etc. It is all LIES. They do not understand issues and they do not care. When it happened previously and I actually got through on the phone the assistant could not understand. She just started going silent and ignoring me. I naturally became frustrated and she laughed at me. I will NEVER buy from this company again. I am going to report them to Watchdog.

sent back an item via their returns process, they sent a company to collect, I added tracking and can see item was returned to them and arrived at warehouse, but they are refusing to remove the item from my account..£209.00 I have proof they have picked it up, and printout of tracking…spent an hour and a half on the phone, to be told eventually I have to wait until 14 working days are up, but they would definitely call me back; and then tonight received this: (investigate what they have the item) !!!! Ride and unable to understand customer services. Order expenses iPhone, paid for tracking and special delivery. Not delivered, no one informed us and now saying it could be by the end of the week ! Won't refund or speak to couriers to find out where or when it will be delivered. Tracking number doesn't work . Feel like we've been ripped off Avoid high value orders with this company

An item wasn’t delivered and the carrier confirmed it had been lost. There was no way to contact Very via the app, I had to call where I have was left on hold for 35 minutes. There was a delay on the line which made it difficult, I had to go through security questions multiple times. Support via the website and app is so limited.

Ordered an graphics card off them and they decided to return it without my consent and now I'm sat here 2 and half grand down the drain whilst it's sat in their warehouse and refuse to give me my money back.

I returned a shark carpet cleaner to you fully intact which was under guarantee. You sent it back to me saying I returned it with parts missing. So untrue. What you have done is criminal. Just to get out of giving me a replacement or refund.

Ordered my very first item from very and what a nightmare , very saying order as been delivered, it hadn't, and Yodel saying item returned to very , unable to deliver , they said , even though I booked the delivery to one of their drop-off points of which I received an email from Yodel confirming this , this happened twice , even Verys customer service couldn't understand it ,was told to cancel order then reorder , the item was about £30 more expensive than when I ordered it the first time , I cancelled the order and the account, the item was a shark fan , must say this is worst online shopping experience I've had
