I'm disappointed with my recent experience on Very.co.uk. This is the second time my order was declined without any explanation. When I contacted customer service, they suggested I place the order again, but by then, the item was out of stock. It felt like a complete waste of time. Very needs to improve their ordering process and communication with customers to prevent this kind of frustration.

Will only let you cancel your account via phone call - remain on hold for an unspecified amount of (55 minutes and counting so far). 0% yet still charging me from my last small purchase made back in September 2023? Outdated business model - do not open an account with these con artists. Even though i am at work i will continue to hold until someone answers my phone call and i can close my account and be rid of being a 'customer' to this business.

Sent back an item as the box was damaged and it was a present for someone. I have proof from Royal Mail that they received it but now it's been a month and my money has still not been credited to my account, by law they have 2 weeks in which to process returns this company is a scam.

Constantly hassling you for extra money when it was promised to be a 0% interest, and then they try get interest out of you and constantly sending letters and messages then have the cheek to charge YOU for the letters that THEY send. Customer service is useless and they dont listen to you.

I order a bed, it arrived damaged, reported it straight away 2 months later I'm still waiting on pick up and return of damaged item. Keep getting told someone will be in contact in 12-24 hours, to no avail. The worst company to deal with, I will never shop here again.

I ordered a new tv and they had the cheek to send me a second hand tv and try to pass it as a new one !! It came i. A carboard box with a sticker on the screen. Absolutely disgusting. It wasnt a mistake because i tracked the parcel all the way to me 😡

Sadly after over 14 years and spending thousands and thousands of pounds with them, never been late with any payments, but now no longer get the option to buy now pay later due to an ‘automated system’ as the adviser kept telling me, I shall be closing my account. Poor show!!

As with previous reviewers have found their paying schemes are extremely misleading, they also break the law regarding sharing your info and lie blatantly on the phone. Would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Parcel delivered to wrong address. Your staff very rude .then you had the. Cheek to get a screenshot of the parcel been delivered by yodel.to some one else. trying to accuse me of lying that is not me on the screenshot Disgraceful stressful company never again bye bye very yet another customer that you have lost .

Absolute joke of a company, they take your money and hold onto your item then try to charge you extra to get the same thing. Do not entertain the idea of giving them a single penny.

Completely unable to get in touch with this company ! Only available via being on hold for over 1.5 hrs to be cut off . There is no email address No one to chat to online It’s a joke !

I brought an expensive coffee machine, it broke after 2 days. I brought a mobile phone, it broke after 3 months and they won't let me return it. Clothes are awful quality. Wardrobes fell apart. Customer service are in India and can't understand a word they're saying. I'm paying off my account and then closing it.

I am very disappointed lately with this company and they have clearly incompetent staff and customer service. There is an issue with returning items and crediting the account back most of the time and things do not get rectified after more than 10 phone calls sometimes.

I made the mistake of purchasing from Very, and it's been a nightmare. They lure you in with promises of free interest, but then slap you with a whopping 50% interest rate! They conveniently "forget" to mention these extra charges, causing customers to miss deadlines and rack up massive debts. When I reached out for clarification on how much my debt would increase monthly, they couldn't provide a straight answer. How am I supposed to manage my finances if they can't even do that? And to top it off, I filed a complaint about a huge charge they made to my account, and they have the audacity to say it'll take them up to 8 weeks to respond! Meanwhile, they'll happily keep increasing my debt. This company is a total scam. Don't trust anything they say; it's all a ploy to squeeze more money out of unsuspecting customers. If they don't rectify these charges, I'll have no choice but to report them to the authorities. Avoid Very at all costs!

Worst company ever my new cooker was delivered damaged they couldn't care less about replacing it takes 14 day for my refund they are a shocking company operating a criminal business practice now I've been without a cooker for 3 days and can't buy a new one from a proper reputable seller until very refund me. HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER EVER SHOP HERE VERY IS AS BAD OF A COMPANY AS YOU CAN GET ONLY WANT TO SCAM HONEST CUSTOMERS. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE SPEND A PENNY WITH VERY
