The BNPL isn't clear. I feel like its laid out badly and set up to get you in debt.
It isn't clear what you've paid and what you still have left to pay to avoid interest.
When you call the advisors they haven't got a clue what they're doing amd keep passing you on to someone else. Gave up after being on hold for almost an hour!! No happy
