Returns - Difficult

I’ve tried six times to have the item collected through the returns system online but no-one has turned up for it (or has ever been sent out to attempt to pick it up according to the tracking) An absolute waste of my time sitting around each time.

They didnt recredit an item I had returned in the same parcel with my other returns they recredited the item I kept instead.

sent back an item via their returns process, they sent a company to collect, I added tracking and can see item was returned to them and arrived at warehouse, but they are refusing to remove the item from my account.

Sent back an item as the box was damaged and it was a present for someone. I have proof from Royal Mail that they received it but now it's been a month and my money has still not been credited to my account, by law they have 2 weeks in which to process returns this company is a scam.

Zero stars if I could report that. Very sent me a used item. No security hygiene seal, tangled cord with hair in the curlers. Absolutely disgraceful service. How can a used item be dispatched as a new product when returns is a different address!

I returned it via courier on 2nd Janat this is the only method to do returns.

Returns are taking so long to be credited back to my acc, I have to keep phoning to query this.

Trying to create a returns label took me at least 6 attempts kept saying invalid email address even though it was the correct one so much easier when had the return label inside the parcel

Have ordered a printer from John Lewis and when it arrives I'll pursue the Cancelation Process with Very - rather than go down the 'returns' route'.

Will add never had a problem with Very up until now deliVery always been super fast on click collect good sales and up till now easy returns.
