The worst customer service I have ever had to use. Tried to cancel and order that had not been dispatched and spent 70 minutes on the phone being passed around the World. They still cant say if the item will be cancelled or not when it is still in their warehouse. If you want a company to rely on don't use Very. AVOID AVOID

Purchased a tumble dryer on Black Friday.
Arrow XL arrived a week later with paperwork but no appliance. Next deliVery booking was cancelled. After 30 days waiting cancelled.
And let me start on the customer 'service' each call is 40-70 mins on the phone to a S African based call centre who don't understand the UK consumer rights.
Dealing with Very was a one and done...I won't ever use them again.

Third time trying to return a big item! First try was the 5th December! I had to ring Very customer service to get a return, twice! 23rd December (today) waited in all day but still no van as yet! Where is the tracking service, Yodel? Flipping useless! Will no longer buy big items from Very just incase I was need to send it back!!

They have the most useless customer care team. Obviously not based in the UK and they lie constantly. Like we will call you back, I’ve had that one 3 times! or leave it with me I will sort this out for you, Lie. or no you won’t be charged. Lie. All of this is a lie. They have cheated me out of money. I never received the order because of where the ignoramous deliVery driver from Evri left it in an open to the public place, AGAIN right by a public bike and walkway. I never received the item but The item is still on my account. I will be cancelling my DD

Ordered my Very first item from Very and what a nightmare , Very saying order as been delivered, it hadn't, and Yodel saying item returned to Very , unable to deliver , they said , even though I booked the deliVery to one of their drop-off points of which I received an email from Yodel confirming this , this happened twice , even Verys customer service couldn't understand it ,was told to cancel order then reorder , the item was about £30 more expensive than when I ordered it the first time , I cancelled the order and the account, the item was a shark fan , must say this is worst online shopping experience I've had

I ordered a blouse on 31st May and returned it on 6th June. Despite phoning, I am still awaiting my refund if £36.50. The person I spoke to on the phone said she would 'chase it up', but if I haven't received the refund by 27th June, I have to phone again, but it could take another 14 days from that date. This is shocking service! I will NEVER order from 'Very' again!

Ordered a phone in Nov 2024, returned it "as is" sealed within 3 days and promised a refund but that has now been pending for 5 months. Customer Service Line is pretty much useless and just keep repeating the same statements from their scripts; no escalation points, a bunch of incompetent agents on the phones! I will NEVER buy for them again. I have now lost £643.19 for a phone that I returned within my consumer rights!
