“Moved here after my previous platform had a liquidity issue during a flash crash that resulted in fills thirty points away from my stops. Support acknowledged the problem and did nothing. Came here angry. Nine months later that anger has completely dissolved — not because I forgot but because nothing remotely similar has happened since.”

“Genuinely good infrastructure and the execution quality is the best I've found at retail level. Dropping one star because I had a support interaction that went sideways — got passed between two people, received slightly different information from each, took longer than it should have to get a straight answer. Isolated incident but it happened at a stressful moment. Everything else has been excellent”

“Came here after my previous platform had a margin call glitch that wiped a position that should've stayed open. Support took four days to respond and offered nothing. Moved everything here out of frustration more than anything. Eight months later that frustration turned into gratitude. Not a single execution issue, withdrawals land next morning, support actually picks up. Sometimes the worst experiences lead you somewhere better.”

“solid platform overall, execution is clean and withdrawals arrive when they say they will 😊 only gripe — mobile app freezes up during high volume moments. happened twice when i really didn't need it to 😅 desktop is flawless though. four stars until the app catches up.”

“been on three different platforms before this one. always found something that bugged me enough to leave. this one i've been on for seven months and still haven't found that thing 😄 charts are clean, execution is fast, no weird slippage when it matters most. staying put.”
