“Steve was absolutely brilliant to work with, as a candidate. Throughout the process he has been excellent to communicate with, quick to respond, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Steve (and Via Resource) highly enough. He has provided regular contact, even if that's just been checking in to see how things are going, but hasn't been pushy in the slightest.”

“Working with Steve at Via Resource as a candidate was a fantastic experience. I have lots of experience of using recruitment agencies both as a recruiter and candidate and I can happily say that l Via Resource is one of the best recruitment ages I have used. I found Steve to be very knowledgeable about the role but also providing me with continuous and ongoing communication and answering my questions throughout the process which I found very helpful throughout the process. I also found that steve provides and honest, personable and professional approach and ongoing support once the contract had been signed.”

“Adu was brilliant. He took the time to chat with me and find out what type of company I was looking for, as well as what goals and progression I was hoping to achieve. In under a week I was being interviewed and had received/accepted a job offer with an amazing company. He was brilliant throughout the whole process and totally transparent. “Adu takes a no-nonsense approach to recruitment, he regularly checks in and builds a good rapport and thus gets a good understanding of you - both professionally and personally. This approach has enabled Adu to understand and help find the all important next step in my career, which has now led to me taking on a new more senior role! “Steve was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with our recent work together. Clear concise information passed back from the client but also felt like talking to a friend rather than a somebody providing a service. Absolutely not pushy with agendas (unlike others that I was speaking to), knew what my requirements were from the start and stuck to them but also provided reassurance when things were delayed. Ultimately the right outcome for both of us and hopefully we won't need to communicate again for quite a while (in a positive manner). Highly recommend not only Via but also Steve if you are looking for a new opportunity as it really is 1st class!”
