“Placed an order for a decent amount of money more than I was comfortable with but after reading the reviews decided to take a chance, Order was placed and I kept waiting for the supplied tracking number to go live, after 30 days when it never went live on USPS I contacted support via email, received a response in les than 12 hours that the order was being reshipped. The tracking number went live within 3 days, received an email and text in about 10 days that my order had been delivered, However no package was delivered, logged into USPS tracking with the tracking number and it showed delivered to a town in Ohio, I'm in SC. Contacted support with screen shot of the USPS website showing, " hand delivered to customer" and the town in Ohio it was delivered to, I also checked my account to make sure the correct address was associated with my order and also included the correct address with the support folks. Again received the response package will be re shipped, received another tracking number, I followed this tracking number with USPS tracking and it appeared the package was actually headed to SC, within 10 days an order, not exactly what I ordered arrived but was close. figured well it's close so I'm happy and thought whoever in Ohio received the original order would probably be surprised and be happy they received free stuff, unless it was a grandma who opened the package, LOL Five days later another package showed up at my door and was the correct quantity and items I ordered. So I type all this to say, I never write reviews, and not sure what the mix up was but Viabestbuy is legit and made good on the order, and I owed it to them to tell the story, not sure who's order I got on the first package but I'm confident viabestbuy will make it right with them also. It took a little, but I recommend this company for your needs, they stand behind the promise of getting you the items ordered, and I will be ordering from them again when the need arises.”
