“I didn’t like the super slow shipping. My order was large enough for expedited shipping but it took a full 30 days before delivery. The express shipping was not what they stated. Order was almost cancelled.”

Also, when choosing between traceability and delivery guarantee, we choose the second option so that our customers from the US, Australia, and other countries can be sure that they will finally receive their package because a package seized by customs is the most frustrating thing, even though we offer free re-shipping in this unfortunate event. Additionally, I would like to inform you that for urgent orders, we are happy to provide our US customers with the option of domestic shipping via USPS from our warehouse in New York. “Seemed to be too many issues when only receiving a partial order and having to struggle to receive the remaining portion. Otherwise, orders were always seamless of problems when under 500 tabs.”
