“Staff were lovely and helpful. Resort is a bit tired and could do with a tidy up and refresh. Room was satisfactory but air con is very loud. Housekeeping staff were excellent. Meals were overpriced and satisfactory but not exceptional. Shuttle bus was ok but not frequent enough and it's too far to walk to shopping area or patong. Overall ok but would not stay here again.”

“The voucher for Bali Palms Resort goes back to the start of Covid and unfortunately I was unable to use it at that time. I now have an extension and am able to use the voucher up to July 2025 which is extremely generous. I am very grateful.
