Easy care is a joke. It takes several days when it does go out to even get a call back for a service apt then a few more days for them to come out because the one or two service tecks cover a very very large area. At least that is the excuse I got Its very expensive and though you buy unlimited or metered service the plans are all the same and within 3 days you will be so slowed that it is worthless for anything but maybe using the web a little and then that even causes shut downs and disconnects. Don't even try on a cloudy day or bad whether They really don't care about you no mater what the robot says on "LIVE" chat”
