“Good quality doors but they need protection in the edges when in delivery. Small chips and splits and the edges as they’re not covered. All other doors I’ve ordered have had cardboard edging or foam.”

“It was a good purchase, very nice prefinished oak doors, I bought 12 of them including 6 fire doors. Only one door has a slightly different colour than the others but you can live with it.”

“For the price not bad. But... instructions are woefully inadaquate. Very poor. DIY to an inexperienced person is simply impossible. Finding a joiner who will tackle installation... well... impossible also. Decent product let down by the fact its unuseable.”

“I've just ordered 10 doors which have now been fitted. They arrived exactly on the day arranged. I would say the packaging of the doors left something to be desired as they were only shrink wrapped in plastic. Full marks to the delivery company for their careful handling as there was very little protection on the door corners and the door with glass in it had the wrapping torn. But, the doors look beautiful, and Vibrant were very helpful when I had a query. If only they had double doors in a smaller height, I'd have got all my doors from them”

“Received my delivery on time. Doors have been hung now and they look amazing. Have a small defect on one of the doors but was too late to return as the building work in my property got delayed therefore unable to return the door. Overall happy as online purchases are never so accurate as this product was.”

“Excellent customer service - lots of back and forth on options and offered a great package price which was unbeatable. Picked Mendes doors and these came straight from the manufacturer. Had some issues but dealt with Mendes for those, and had a refund for one door passed back, though that was only slightly late (matter of days). Would use again!”

“I looked long and hard to find doors with adequate lippings for these old Victorian door frames. I settled on Vibrant's Mexican oak. From first contact to delivery they were a pleasure to deal with. The doors were exactly as described, delivered as advised and even the carpenter said they were a great quality door. Added to that they look and feel fantastic and top quality. I heartily recommend Vibrant doors as the one stop shop for your doors !”

“I recently wrote a review regarding the Mexicano and Mexiana mix up over my doors. Since the review in fact within 24 hours I received a telephone call from Vibrant doors offering a full apology and an offer to compensate me for my issue. The gentleman Sam who in spoke with was very understanding and could not do enough for me. I am a quality manager for a large company and really believe customer support and service is key to the success of a company. Vibrant windows although I had an issues and did not write very good review immediately contacted me to put things right. I need to order additional doors and I will be ordering them from Vibrant windows thank you for your response.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback, I have looked into your order and I can see 1 of the doors received on your order was damaged on delivery, whilst we do our very best to deliver everything in perfect condition, unfortunately on the odd occasion we do experience transit damage. I'm glad to see we got the replacement door to you 48 hours later and in time for your joiner starting the following day! Vibrant Doors
