He even told me he’d refunded delivery …really …must be pigeon post taking it to bank! Thank god I paid with Pay-pal I’ve raised a claim through them so fingers crossed I’ll get money back allowing me to go to a better company! NOTE TO SELF …CHECK ALL FEEDBACK SITES ! ”

“ There was an item missing in our delivery. There was photographic evidence it was not delivered but they refused to send us the item because it was more than 3 days since delivery. They wanted us to buy the item again! No telephone number and customer service was with a “bot” then a supporter followed by an equally unhelpful manager online. Terrible ”

“ Worst service I have had from an online company.Expect 3 day delivery the order will be delivered to the hub in the next 5 days and then I get an email from there delivery company telling me it will take up to 10 days and not to pester them before then.Order placed 20th October and delivered on the 11th of November .19 days to travel 400 miles could have had it delivered quicker by bicycle.Wont hurry back. ”
