Shocking post sale service. Ordered a toilet and fitting kit. Only the fitting kit turned up-asked the driver where the toilet is, he just turned around and drove off, not a word.
Used the Call and WebChat but all they kept saying was we'll send an email. That was two days ago. Asked for a refund, they said 14 days to process - who takes 14 days to process a refund.
Now when I call in, the number just cuts straight off.

After purchasing a vanity unit basin & mixer tap , the tap was installed but leaked through the basin even when it was removed & repositioned by the plumber who also noted it had all gone rusty ! It took several attempts to sort this out with this ridiculous chat they have in place !! I secured a refund after a few chats waited for it to come only to have to contact & ask how long it would be to then be asked after nearly a week what was my account number & sort code !!! Not asked this at the time guessed my name address & order number they had would have been enough ! So have now emailed that information to them I’ll wait & see what happens ! Won’t bother buying again , will go there’s people who have the courtesy to speak to me .

I have returned an item 45 days ago, and still I have not received any refunds. There is no way that they reply your emails or you can call them. I had an online chat and they said we have issued the refund, but I never received it.

Omg I wish I had read yyhese reviews before I ordered from them. £49 cost to return items the owe me £461 refund I too will be Takeing them to small claims court. And you can not speak to a Jan a nightmare off a company

If I could give a 0 for rating I would for this Company. I purchased a large number of items from them in June which was delivered on 15/07. Due to some flooding in our house and the timescales of my plumber I could only get him to fit this week. He found that one of the items did not fit or not needed and I enquired about returning this item unboxed. They have refused and would not take into account my challenges todate. I understand that its over th 14 return but I would have been happy to receive 50% refund if they only talked to me!

What went right. Delivered a damaged vanity unit. Then delivered another one that is even worse condition than the first. Got to wait for a collection and then a refund. Poor service, poor quality, AVOID!!
