“Obtained an RMA for a return, DHL tracking shows that it was delivered. More than 2 weeks later I don't have a refund and their chatbot tells me that there is no record of the return. I also ordered the same top in a different size. that order was cancelled due to a technical error, with no stock available. I ordered another size, followed up 10 days later when it hadn't shipped, and received another cancellation because the item was not in stock due a technical error. The only technical error was that they didn't send my order so by the time I checked it was out of stock. They could not be more useless.”

The customer service number goes straight to voicemail, and the only way to get in touch with the brand is ringing the actual store in London.
