"I bought a 4 piece floating shelf from them. It arrived full of dust and grime, like it sat in the back of the warehouse for 5 years, and it was also broken, so it ended up in the bin. Contacted support, and they offered a 4\u00a3 partial refund instead of the original 50\u00a3 i paid. What a joke of a company."
