“I have been attempting to withdraw my funds with no success because after putting in my request and the verification needed, I received a email that my requests have very low priority.
After that I not an email that said my refund is too much and withdrawals have to be done in unspecified small amounts. and now it’s over 3 months going back and forth with videforex and no success.
After I have submitted everything they asked for I received another email that there is no request for a refund in their System. My refund request went missing in videforex data base.
I tried putting in another request and the method of refund has been changed from BTC to tether which I still have not been told what it means.
