“When I finally got around to looking through my old digital video tapes. I realised that two of them were broken. I decided to take a chance and send the video tapes to be repaired and I'm so glad I did. The tapes were fixed and converted onto dvd. These tapes are special to me and I'm so glad to be able to look back. Brilliant job, thank you!”

“First class service from Video Magic, I thought we had lost memories of my Dads 80th birthday party due to our dog chewing the original VHS cassette, however Video Magic removed the tape from damaged cassette onto new one and then into a DVD format. All completed within 7 days from sending damaged cassette to delivery of DVD and new VHS cassette. 5 stars from me!”

“The damaged video 8 tape seemed irreparable but Video magic as good as their name repaired it and it works well. The DVD was a bonus. Very pleased indeed with the outcome and I know where to come if I have a similar problem in the future.”

“Video Magic contacted me proactively since my tape had not arrived after I placed my online order. After sending copies of the tracking number documentation, the tape was found. Colin went in on an off day because I had a time limit. I then received the DVD 3 days before the cut-off. date. Great service!”
