We paid for 3 videos up front. They completed 2 videos and then told us that we waited too long to start the third video and wanted to charge us the full fee again for them to finish the work.”
“My company hired them in 2018 for a promotional video and it went really bad with missed deadline and numerous mistakes. Since then they have emailed/ texted/ called me non stop, despite that I told them to stop and we don't want to deal with them any more. 4 years later to date in 2022, they still text my personal phone number even though I beg them to please stop. Every time I block their number they would use a new number to text me.
