“The boiler chosen is living up to our expectations, very quiet when providing the heat required. At the end of the day boilers are still expensive to run under todays price of fuel. But it's a top boiler to purchase.”

“Recently installed Vitodans 100-W. Basic installation went well but difficulty getting linked to internet and outside temp sensor had wrong values. Viessmann attended quickly and identified the problems. Outside temp sensor supplied was not correct part number and comms card was defective. Comms card was rectified on the spot and temp sensor arrived following day. Impressive service recovery. Once up and running operation has been faultless.”

“It's not until you get a new boiler that you realise how bad your old one was. Our new Viessmann is not only much quieter but it's also much quicker at heating the water and our radiators also feel much warmer too.”
