“Nice and quiet boiler, easy controle system economical with condensing operation. Very good installation. Just a pity gas is so expensive at the moment. But relieved I changed for my previous 40 year old boiler in summer.”

“Unfortunately after just a few months my new Viessmann combi boiler lost hot water, with the usual trepidation when phoning a company I was shocked when answered immediately by a super helpful person who booked an engineer who appeared as promised. Was given a time slot 3 days after reporting fault, in these dark customer service times it was a joy. Hats off to them.”

“Currently I am very happy with the boiler, it's working fine and very quite. However it very short span survey only 6 months of installation of my boiler, I give you 5 star.”

“Very happy with the heating system fitted. Apart from the water being slightly too hot, I have no complaints. Good to be warm in this freezing weather!”

“Installation went well. Operating system easy and working well over first 4 months. Recently we have noticed hot water taking longer to come through with the shower experiencing a dip in temperature for around 10 seconds then a return to ambient temperature. Perhaps something to consider on first year service?”

“I had a Viessmann boiler fitted in my home in 2011 and it served me extremely well with no problems or issues at all. When I moved home in 2021 I had the boiler serviced and was told it was as good as new! In my new home, an old boiler failed within the first 6 months of moving, without hesitation I chose Viessmann again and had a new boiler fitted in May 2022. While only a short time has passed I feel secure and confident that this will give me a long and excellent service just like my previous Viessmann boiler had done.”

“I love Viessmann boilers. Genuinely think they’re the best way on the market….but I think 2 things need to improve. Online portals etc need simplifying. Quick repair times. 👍🏻”
