Hi Adrian, It is difficult to answer this question without further details. What temperature stat is Installed, if not a Viessmann control then it may need to be directed to the manufacturer of the control. If the boiler is a simple 2 pipe arrangement then the boiler is heat only and will presumably have external zonal control? If so then this is not Viessmann equipment and would require a heating engineer/electrician to check wiring and diagnose if external issues are present.
