Five reams of paper arrive damp and ruined. Viking refused to refund or replace without the substantial inconvenience of packaging it all up again, printing stuff odd waiting in for some courier to collect ... and then have me for them to 'inspect' the return before doing anything ... despite me sending them ample photographs of the ruined product. Utterly do no value customers. I will go to companies that do value their customers.

Be warned….they will happily take your money for goods showing “in stock for delivery in 3-18days” then tell you they don’t have stock for a month! All the time still showing “in stock” on their website and customer services confirming they have stock on WeChat!! Just don’t bother is my advice!

I wanted next day delivery for my ink cartridges which Viking promised. It was urgent. However I was not at home when the delivery came so the cartridges were not delivered. It was a Friday and next delivery was Monday. A signature was demanded. Ridiculous. The parcel could have been left. There was a good chance I would have missed the next delivery too. Meantime I ordered from Amazon no more expensive who delivered perfectly next day which was the weekend! Brilliant. I won't be using Viking again.

Six days ago items were delivered damaged. Over the next six days I’ve called them several times but the phone just rings live chat does not connect and I’ve sent them several messages but I’ve not received a reply. This is terrible service from a company avoid at all costs. If anything goes wrong you cannot get hold of anyone.

They opt you in to junk mail. I don't want it. I'm sure I can turn it off somewhere and its all legal. I don't care. Just don't send me stuff I didn't ask for. It is annoying and bad for the environment.

The order doesn’t turn up and they simply waste your time. They have done this on last several occasions and wasted my time. Over 9 days and want some simple toners. I wouldn’t recommend this company AT ALL .

Selling Israeli goods and curently refusing to stop. That aside loads of other reviews say that have awful customer service. They appear to be using the cheapest courier available so orders often don't turn up,turn up late or go to the wrong address.

Persistently sent marketing information when I told them to stop. Eventually had to raise a complaint to the ICO but they STILL sent it. Threatened them with court action and they finally removed my details. If you can't trust a business with your data, I wouldn't do business with them.

Attempting to return a small TV. and receive a refund. Having waited 2 weeks, now told to expect a response "in 142 working days" ie 3 further weeks ! And this only to receive directions on the return--significantly no reference whatever about a refund. What a shambolic company.!

Very annoying and unprofessional customer services. They have been chasing for the payment to me which is already paid. Before I pay I requested a copy invoice at least 10 times. I spoke to the customer team, chatted online and finally, I get a link for the invoice and paid within 2 working days. After I paid and emailed them proof of payment, they sent the debt to the legal team. I spoke to the legal team and explained everything, and they said everything is ok and they will contact Viking and if needed they will come back. However legal team never came back and I got an email from Viking today the bill is not not yet paid. What kind of genious work in Viking I am really wondering.

ordered 2 x computer monitors on 17/01 which were needed urgently. Still not delivered by 29/01. Have chased several times and was promised delivery last Friday - since then have heard nothing! No phone number to call so have to cope with slow live chat everytime! NOT IMPRESSED! Was then contacted via social media, was still waiting 6 hours later to hear back from someone. Got sick of waiting and called them on (0844 4123435 if anyone else needs it) to be told there's a 44 working hour delay to get a call back...to talk about the items you ordered 2 weeks ago 🙀😆💤
