“After I had reviewed a bag of sunflower hearts which had contained some dried fruit and suet pellets, I was contacted by Vine House Farm with an apology, and they immediately sent a replacement bag. So full marks for their response and speed in resolving the problem.”

“I always use Vine House for wild bird food because I find that the birds prefer it to other brands. It is good that Vine House support the Wildlife Trusts.”

“My order was completed and delivered on time with no fuss. An item I ordered was out of stock and a representative called me personally to offer an alternative and explain that it was slightly more expensive than my original product, but it could be delivered the next day.”
