Be careful with them
They let you know that your first purchase carries a 25$ rebate. They also ask members to introduce new members giving both new n old members $35 so imagine you joined and happily make your first purchase and I bought 2 sets at one go... online I keyed in the VINO code for 1st purchase and then put in credit card details. Then came the approval but later realised that they deducted $35 from bill instead of the $25 first purchase. When I wrote in and called in, I was told that their system automatically deducted the $35 so my $25 cannot be used.
I do not understand how ridiculous this system is but they stood firm.
Hell I really felt cheated.
Cannot help but say they have a lousy system but refuses to accept it.”
