“Be careful when ordering eyeglasses from Vint and York. If items are on sale, even a site-wide sale of full price glasses, if they are discounted 25% or more they cannot be returned.”

“Once I received my glasses the lenses were incorrect and I couldn't see a thing. I contacted customer support and received no support at all. I did receive a bunch of excuses, one of which was "We've already put time and money into your order." What about the time and money I spent? I was told I wouldn't receive any refund for the lenses I purchased. I spent nearly $1,000 on frames and lenses and now I'm spending even more to have someone else fix this mistake. Vint & York ought to be ashamed, I feel taken advantage of.”
