“Bought school gear from this website. It gave absolutely NO INDICATION that all values are in USD, even though I am purchasing school clothing for a Canadian school. They charge an enormous amount of shipping charges, also in USD. I placed my order a week ago. It is apparently still in processing. I have tried to cancel my order but you only have a 2 hour window after placing the order. So when I was charged on my card the conversion from CAD to USD, I was outraged. I tried contacting the company for 4 days with no response. My order has not been shipped, so I have no idea if it has been actually produced or not. If it has not been produced, then why can I not cancel my order? If it has been produced, why has it not been shipped.
This is an absolutely horrible company. Do NOT buy from them at all!”
