Sent my mums jewellery for valuation all individually wrapped gold chains rings and an expensive watch . Offered £45 for all items . Absolute joke . All chains arrived back to me in a huge tangle never been able to untangle them . Sent them a video and they said we offer a high value service . Don’t think so . Don’t touch complete rip off

They were obsessed with calling me first so I booked a time and waited in for them not to call me. Booked the following day and the same happened. I did call and speak to a robot who kept repeating it’s not the service we like to give BUT YOU Do! Cannot recommend. Will never use.

2 stars for the very efficient service but seller beware! The offer that I was given was way below anything like a decent or reasonable value. Had my items returned and took them to a local shop to get a price. 4x what was offered by VCC. Just be careful with valuations. Nearly a very costly mistake.

DON'T fall for it. Very poor offers for your valuables. It took me weeks to get through to someone about very poor customer service ie not answering the phone, saying they are closed during openings times or replying to emails. The person I contacted did sort it out quickly but it shouldn't have got that far!! Give your valuables to a charity rather than lining their pockets

Sent items to value a week later recieved a letter informing me they were not interested, when my parcel was returned half my items were missing, rang customer service, who said they would pass complaint on and I would hear within 7 days, still waiting after numerous phone calls and over a 6 weeks later

Extremely poor customer service 3 times I have requested labels for free valuation and also emailed with no response ? I keep getting emails about i only have so many days that I can use 1st lot of labels i haven't even received? So I put my items into auction and received a fair price for my items.poor show cash cow I certainly wouldn't use your so called best services or recommend you to a friend

I sent my parcel on 5th November Vintage Cash Cow received it on the 6th November. Despite several emails and telephone calls still not received a response or acknowledgement of my goods. Very disappointed and very poor customer service.

Sent items in and received a quote which I accepted but am now waiting 5 weeks for the cheque and am having no response from customer service after various emails and messages.tried chat and never get put through,telephone and you are waiting in a queue for about 10 minutes then they cut you off
