"AVOID THIS DECEITFUL SCAM COMPANY.\r\n\r\nI received my free tracked label, and the next day I carefully packaged my items a pair of 1980s Dior earrings, 1980s Monet earrings, and 2000s Chanel sunglasses in an original Chanel box, then sent them securely using the provided label. I tracked my parcel the next day and confirmed they received it.\r\n\r\nThe following day on the 13th of February, I had a scheduled call between 3 and 4pm. When I finally received the call at 15:45pm, it turned out to be an AI automated system not an actual person, that repeatedly asked, \u201cCan I confirm I\u2019m speaking to Lily?\u201d no matter how many times I said \u201cyes.\u201d After about twenty attempts, it started to ring a few times and then suddenly cut off with an error message. Unbelievable!\r\nI immediately emailed the company asking them to contact me via email instead since their AI automated phone system clearly wasn\u2019t working. (They never responded to my email)\r\n\r\nSoon after, I received a text saying, \u201cIt was great talking to you.\u201d Is that meant to be a joke? YOU NEVER SPOKE TO ME!\r\nThen soon after that, through WhatsApp, I got an another message stating they valued my items at \u00a327.\r\nVintage Chanel and Dior for \u00a327? IS THAT MEANT TO BE ANOTHER JOKE?!\r\nThese are luxury designer pieces worth hundreds. Not jewellery\/sunglasses from Claire\u2019s.\r\nOffering \u00a327 for authentic vintage designer items is absurd and DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. \r\nI, of course, declined, only to get another automated message asking if I was sure about my decision clearly another joke. Yes I am sure I don\u2019t want to give my designer items to you for free.\r\n\r\nIn short, this company wants your valuable items for free pretty much, they claim if you have a welcome call that they will offer a higher valuation of your items, but when you have a welcome call it\u2019s a AI automated system that just cuts you off after a few rings, and when you email this company they don\u2019t even respond to your email, when you text their WhatsApp it is also automated and says either call them or email, even when you go on their website and go on their live chat it claims that they are \u201caway\u201d. \r\n\r\nIf you value your possessions, do not send them to Vintage Cash Cow. You\u2019re far better off selling on eBay etc yourself.\r\n\r\nFrankly, the company should be changed from Vintage Cash Cow to Vintage Scammers because they seem to treat their customers like the real cash cows.\r\n\r\nPS if I don\u2019t receive all my items back all intact or missing or not received at all and you continuously ignore my emails. I will be filing a police report against you for theft! \ud83d\udc9c"

“I do not recommend them .low price offered and items broken on return and they knew they were broken as they packed bit separately. Items were not broken originally. Binoculars were broken and box pearls were in hinge was broken. Tried to download pictures. But it would not work .”

“They are a proper joke and an offer for my box was 29 pound,1 article was worth that alone. I've asked for my box back and will give it to charity. Glad I didn't send them any gold. A JOKER.”

“I sent my box, containing items Vintage Cash Cow said they accepted. Gold and silver jewellery, a couple of quality watches, quality costume jewellery and some Lego sets. All items on the list. I waited over 20 days, only to receive an email telling me that they will be returning my items without making an offer. No explanation nothing. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.”

“Constant emails received from them. Most of which were only to tell me they would phone me. They did phone me, to say they were busy but to hang on they wouldn't be long, and after 15 mins they hung up on me. Waste of time”

“My box contained binoculars which I purchased from Amazon few years ago costing me over £100, plus camera accessories over £100, plus other items. All I was offered for the lot was £29 !!”

“Only giving it one star because you cant select zero, I sent a box of odds and ends from my wife's late grandads house that nobody in the family wanted. Mostly victorian era teapots cutlery all silver and lots more. They offered £30 yes £30 I obviously declined and got the box returned. I since had them valued by an independent dealer who quoted around £350. So how much are vintage cash cow making from people.”

“Poor. I individually packed and sent several pieces of jewellery. There was a long delay in the offer being sent which I declined. When I got my items back, they weren't in their presentation boxes, just all shoved into one plastic bag. I am not a fan of this service and won't be using it again.”

“I sent in costume jewellery, luckily it wasn’t too valuable as I was sceptical . I was right ….And after a poor offer I asked for my box to be returned! I have NOT received anything back! No replies to emails! Nothing Definitely no box 📦”

“Reasonable experience although offer deemed insufficient and not accepted. Items returned fairly quickly and without any issues. Communucation fine during process. Overall I would say decent company but will under value goods. They do need to make a profit but it needs to work for both parties.”

“I wish I had read reviews as well before sending. Offered insulting £29 for items including war medals, watches, silver, old coins, cameras, mobile phones. One watch had a value of £90. I'm not expecting to receive all items back. BEWARE do not use these scammers, it's a con. Media adverts are misleading and should be taken off.”

“I have used Vintage Cash Cow a number of times over the past few months. The first time they offered a reasonable price for the items I sent. Subsequent parcels they have offered what I considered to be 25% of the value I was expecting and will not negotiate the value. Other than that it is a simple process.”

“Vintage cash cow is a complete scam sent them 3 designer watches a set of silver goblets and a very expensive 24k nib fountain pen only to be offered a measly £20. They contacted me via what's app and took both my personal and bank details via what's app but when i sent them a what's app telling them im leaving a negative review on trustpilot they replied our what's app is not monitored and they can't receive messages. I just lost my mum so simply accepted the offer through my mind was just on the loss of my mum Steer very well clear of Vintage cash cow”

“Don't send your items. They said they could not offer me anything for my silver so would send my items back. That was in July and I haven't received them back. I've messaged so my times they just ignore. It's a con company who just steal your valuables. DO NOT USE.”
