"AVOID THIS DECEITFUL SCAM COMPANY.\r\n\r\nI received my free tracked label, and the next day I carefully packaged my items a pair of 1980s Dior earrings, 1980s Monet earrings, and 2000s Chanel sunglasses in an original Chanel box, then sent them securely using the provided label. I tracked my parcel the next day and confirmed they received it.\r\n\r\nThe following day on the 13th of February, I had a scheduled call between 3 and 4pm. When I finally received the call at 15:45pm, it turned out to be an AI automated system not an actual person, that repeatedly asked, \u201cCan I confirm I\u2019m speaking to Lily?\u201d no matter how many times I said \u201cyes.\u201d After about twenty attempts, it started to ring a few times and then suddenly cut off with an error message. Unbelievable!\r\nI immediately emailed the company asking them to contact me via email instead since their AI automated phone system clearly wasn\u2019t working. (They never responded to my email)\r\n\r\nSoon after, I received a text saying, \u201cIt was great talking to you.\u201d Is that meant to be a joke? YOU NEVER SPOKE TO ME!\r\nThen soon after that, through WhatsApp, I got an another message stating they valued my items at \u00a327.\r\nVintage Chanel and Dior for \u00a327? IS THAT MEANT TO BE ANOTHER JOKE?!\r\nThese are luxury designer pieces worth hundreds. Not jewellery\/sunglasses from Claire\u2019s.\r\nOffering \u00a327 for authentic vintage designer items is absurd and DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. \r\nI, of course, declined, only to get another automated message asking if I was sure about my decision clearly another joke. Yes I am sure I don\u2019t want to give my designer items to you for free.\r\n\r\nIn short, this company wants your valuable items for free pretty much, they claim if you have a welcome call that they will offer a higher valuation of your items, but when you have a welcome call it\u2019s a AI automated system that just cuts you off after a few rings, and when you email this company they don\u2019t even respond to your email, when you text their WhatsApp it is also automated and says either call them or email, even when you go on their website and go on their live chat it claims that they are \u201caway\u201d. \r\n\r\nIf you value your possessions, do not send them to Vintage Cash Cow. You\u2019re far better off selling on eBay etc yourself.\r\n\r\nFrankly, the company should be changed from Vintage Cash Cow to Vintage Scammers because they seem to treat their customers like the real cash cows.\r\n\r\nPS if I don\u2019t receive all my items back all intact or missing or not received at all and you continuously ignore my emails. I will be filing a police report against you for theft! \ud83d\udc9c"

“All seemed well at first. Then the insulting offer arrived. Requested my box back On return of box, I immediately advised them there was an item missing which they said had been destroyed due to damage. I know how I packed the goods and upset to be told damaged in transit. Furthermore, they said health and safety regulations prevented them from returning the item to me! Couldn't quite get their story straight as they told me there were 2 damaged items but miraculously one of them was immune to health and safety regs and I got that back! In a nutshell, insulting offer and terms and conditions quoted to deal with genuine grievances rather than common sense or any sense of accountability. Avoid”

“Spoken to V C COW today ,iv got about 20 commerative coins and old costume jewelry.They are not intersested because iv no larger items or gold,books,cameras.It doesnt say all that on there website.”

“DO NOT USE they are a complete con. Sent designer watchers, jewellery and gold and offered £27 pounds !!! Better to go to boot sale!! Do not give them anything it not worth it. The advert on tv, the couple had enough to boil a cruise. I don’t think so!!!”

“I am struggling to see how this company was rated as 4 star. Most reviews on this site are 1 star. My experience was no better than most. A very derisory offer was made and not accepted. Although to the companies credit items were returned quickly and very well packed”

“Ive used them twice! Only for the convenience of it as im sorting out my parents belongings. They offer very low prices. There was some nice silver in the box and 2 gold rings of mine and other stuff. They offered £96.00 ! I took it as it was convenient. I really couldn't be bothered messing at Sidcup Auctions!”

“Don’t use, they offer ridiculously low amounts. Offered £73 for 6 cameras, 12 watches, silver plated tray, vase etc Sold one camera for the same amount. That’s god they make money, taking advantage of people who don’t understand what their items are worth”

“I sent a box with two digital Cameras, a cam corder, Samsung tablet, a silver cake dish and some costume jewellery. The offer was £30 and I asked the box to be returned as I knew the digital cameras we worth £70 each. I never received my items back and chased several times. In the end they admitted they’d “ lost” it and offered £130 ! I had no Option but to take it but they are taking advantage offering low values, better using other sites”
