"AVOID THIS DECEITFUL SCAM COMPANY.\r\n\r\nI received my free tracked label, and the next day I carefully packaged my items a pair of 1980s Dior earrings, 1980s Monet earrings, and 2000s Chanel sunglasses in an original Chanel box, then sent them securely using the provided label. I tracked my parcel the next day and confirmed they received it.\r\n\r\nThe following day on the 13th of February, I had a scheduled call between 3 and 4pm. When I finally received the call at 15:45pm, it turned out to be an AI automated system not an actual person, that repeatedly asked, \u201cCan I confirm I\u2019m speaking to Lily?\u201d no matter how many times I said \u201cyes.\u201d After about twenty attempts, it started to ring a few times and then suddenly cut off with an error message. Unbelievable!\r\nI immediately emailed the company asking them to contact me via email instead since their AI automated phone system clearly wasn\u2019t working. (They never responded to my email)\r\n\r\nSoon after, I received a text saying, \u201cIt was great talking to you.\u201d Is that meant to be a joke? YOU NEVER SPOKE TO ME!\r\nThen soon after that, through WhatsApp, I got an another message stating they valued my items at \u00a327.\r\nVintage Chanel and Dior for \u00a327? IS THAT MEANT TO BE ANOTHER JOKE?!\r\nThese are luxury designer pieces worth hundreds. Not jewellery\/sunglasses from Claire\u2019s.\r\nOffering \u00a327 for authentic vintage designer items is absurd and DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. \r\nI, of course, declined, only to get another automated message asking if I was sure about my decision clearly another joke. Yes I am sure I don\u2019t want to give my designer items to you for free.\r\n\r\nIn short, this company wants your valuable items for free pretty much, they claim if you have a welcome call that they will offer a higher valuation of your items, but when you have a welcome call it\u2019s a AI automated system that just cuts you off after a few rings, and when you email this company they don\u2019t even respond to your email, when you text their WhatsApp it is also automated and says either call them or email, even when you go on their website and go on their live chat it claims that they are \u201caway\u201d. \r\n\r\nIf you value your possessions, do not send them to Vintage Cash Cow. You\u2019re far better off selling on eBay etc yourself.\r\n\r\nFrankly, the company should be changed from Vintage Cash Cow to Vintage Scammers because they seem to treat their customers like the real cash cows.\r\n\r\nPS if I don\u2019t receive all my items back all intact or missing or not received at all and you continuously ignore my emails. I will be filing a police report against you for theft! \ud83d\udc9c"

“If you are thinking about using Cash Cow for a valuation,dont hesitate. I have recently accepted an offer and found the whole process was handled in a fair and professional manner with my payment going into my account on time. Remember,you lose nothing - if you don't agree with the valuation your items are returned at no cost to yourself, and you are free to obtain a valuation from another organisation! This really is a no brainer!”

“I was told they could not offer me anything for my silver and they would send the items back. It has been nearly 3 months and I have contacted them on several occasions but they have not sent my items back. I don't think I'm getting them back because they are worth alot. I'm just glad I didn't send all the items because I got alot for them at the gold shop. Don't send your valuables because you won't get paid and you won't get them back either. It's a scam company.”

“Sent my mums jewellery for valuation all individually wrapped gold chains rings and an expensive watch . Offered £45 for all items . Absolute joke . All chains arrived back to me in a huge tangle never been able to untangle them . Sent them a video and they said we offer a high value service . Don’t think so . Don’t touch complete rip off”

“I sent A 14 carat gold and sterling silver pendant which had the Greek story on it to them when I purchased it. It was £400 and I had been advised by a cash converters that I should expect at least that amount but that I will need to speak to a jewel specialist. I thought this company would use jewelry specialists but they don’t they use assessors. They gave me an offer of £35. Please do not use this company ever.”

“Sent a box full of my late Mums goods. Picked up promptly had an e-mail 5days later. Box containing Sterling silver coffee set goblets glass objects etc ect. Was offered Fourteen pounds for the stuff. So unless your desperate for money which some people maybe don’t get involved with this company. It’s an insult and a waste of time.”

“The person at customer services explained how I had nothing to lose, just send my items away, they'd get back to me with an offer, if I wasn't happy with the offer, all of my items would be returned free of charge. I listed my items, packed them well and sent them away. I was aware of the market value of the items, and while not expecting anywhere near the full price, I didn't expect them to come back with a ludicrous offer of £59. I asked for my items back, they sent a parcel with half of the items in (some damaged due to bad packaging) The more valuable ones were missing. The missing items could have been sold for a minimum of £500 if I'd sold them myself. I've contacted them with a list of the missing items and been told to wait. No word since. Avoid these people. Not to be trusted.”

“So they say they buy any item in any condition, certainly not the case. I sent Dolce & Gabbana designer glasses, 6 watches, and 2 android items. Nothing was scratched, cracked or broken with the androids. The watches were old they belonged to my father however they were still in a good condition. The designer sunglasses were brand new worn once and did not have 1 mark on them. They refused to buy any of the items. This is fine not an issue however they don't tell you why or what the problem was. My advice would be not to use them they take ages and say they buy any item on their list but then tell you no they won't buy. So they don't buy any item on their list. I will sell to designer exchange they offered me a fair price and it's a lot easier.”

“This was a joke. I sent a large quantity of costume jewellery, silver jewellery, 10 watches, various other items and an unused oak boxed canteen of cutlery from a well respected London maker. I had researched, items probably worth around £800 if I'd sold them. I imagined a low offer. Anything over £150? £30 they offered haha!!! An absolute joke 😃 Asked for every last item back. I'd rather give them away.”
